About Clare

In 2016 I achieved a Distinction in my Reflexology Diploma with the Devon School of Reflexology. I was both delighted and surprised to receive a Distinction. I so enjoy giving Reflexology. Now ten years on, I still love sharing treatments with clients. It feels a privilege to drop deeply into calm space alongside another, to hear about difficulties and joys, to journey and be with another person, often through incredibly difficult times. I have continued to study reflexology and healing techniques, attending regular workshops and trainings.

When I am not doing Reflexology and Healing work, I write landscape based stories, which are often told at events.  I've written one book, 'The Emerald Dragon and other Magical Tales of the Blackdown and Quantock Hills'. I also run healing workshops using stories, the natural world and meditation techniques. During lockdown I wrote a regular blog, 30 nights of Well Being, where I shared supportive meditations and techniq

"When I go to Clare for reflexology and enter her calm space I feel the worries of the world recede and a huge sense of safety when Clare holds and 'reads' my feet. This trusting space continues within me when I return home, along with profound relaxation." Eleanor, writer.
